Skatopia is a DIY Anarchist Skate-Park located in Southeastern, OH, in the United States Of America. Established in 1995 by 50 “C.I.A.” Agents, in hope, to get away from the slave establishment system. We just wanted to Skate for Free, and not be harassed. Skatopia is now celebrating 21 years of Skateboarding, Music, and Art. There are many ramps onsite including the Epcot Bean Bowl, the Lula Bowl, the Hidden Pool, the Mini Ramp, and the New Mini Bean Bowl. Skatopia also houses the Museum of Skateboard History including over 2,800 pieces of skateboard heritage, including one of largest Skateboard’s ever built, and one of the oldest manufactured boards dating back to the 1920s. We have multiple stages and have had over 1000 bands play on site like Gwar, Green Jello, Burn the Priest A.k.a Lamb of God, Agent Orange, Jello Biafra and many more. We are open 24/7, It’s free to enter, but we ask kindly for some type of donation to help sustain the park and/or labor around the farm.
We have now started a new project for 2019. The addition of a new wooden bowl, which will be located behind/beside the Barn and full pipe. Any volunteer labor would be much appreciated. This picture below is of the new bowl coming in, this was its last home.
